Who We Are

​Katie Helle started Scaled Accounting Solutions in 2024 after 15 years of tax and accounting service with Pescatore Cooper. Katie has had a focus on individual and small business taxation, specializing in payroll, sales tax reporting, compliance, and proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software. Her background is rich in financial accounting within the automotive, banking, property management, and service-based sectors.
A proud native of Arizona, Katie resides in Chandler. She earned her B.S. in Business and Accounting in 2009 and a Masters in Accountancy in 2011, both from the University of Phoenix. She is a licensed CPA in Arizona and actively participates in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of CPAs.
Beyond her professional life, Katie is deeply involved in community service. She serves on the Board of Directors for a local animal rescue and community outreach organization. Married with a young daughter, she enjoys family time, stays active with fitness routines, and pursues various crafting projects, often with power tools in hand.
